Please read through all the following instructions carefully.
Please be aware that HMUN India only accepts applications submitted directly through our conference registration platform, MUNAGER, which is provided below. Applications submitted via third-party channels will not be considered valid. Here is a step-by-step guide to apply for HMUN India.
REad the conference policies
Before beginning the registration process, please ensure that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. Please note that all applicants must be current high school students aged 13-18 to be eligible for the conference.
There is no set minimum or maximum number of students required to form a delegation at HMUN India; the number of participants is dependent on the available seats at the time of application submission.
APPLY ON MUNAGER
By submitting an application on MUNAGER, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in our Conference Policies. The HMUN India Team will review applications and accept them on a rolling basis.
You can expect to receive a decision within 1-2 weeks of submitting your application.

Pay delegate fees and faculty advisor fees
You can access the link to the Conference Fee & Inclusions here.
Once accepted to the conference, the team will contact you via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your payment.
Your application will be considered incomplete until you have paid 50% of the Conference Fee upon acceptance. Failure to do so may lead to your application being waitlisted or dropped.
receive country aand committee allotment
After your acceptance and payment for HMUN India, you will receive your Country & Committee Allotment on MUNAGER. A detailed email regarding this will be sent to your registered email address.
Please note that any requests for allocation releases made before completing the required steps will be deemed invalid.
UPLOAD DELEGATE AND FACULTY INFORMATION TO MUNAGER
Ensure that you update the Delegate & Faculty Information on your MUNAGER application. Please fill in the details carefully, as they will be used for printing ID cards and certificates.
Additionally, download, complete, sign, and upload the Delegate & Faculty Liability Waiver to your MUNAGER application. The Liability Waiver is now available here.
