ii International Delegations:

• Delegation Registration Fee (inclusive of 1 FA): USD 300

• Delegate Fee (Double Occupancy): USD 600

Regular Registrations:

• Delegate Fee (Double Occupancy): INR 45000

ii International Delegations:

• Delegation Registration Fee (inclusive of 1 FA): USD 350

• Delegate Fee (Double Occupancy): USD 650

​This fees is inclusive of:

• Accommodation: Includes accommodation for 3 nights the conference venue.

• Conference meals: 9 meals from dinner on 14th August to lunch on 17th August.

• Pre-Conference Training: This includes General Preparation Guide and Committee specific Background Guides, authored by the Committee Directors and the Secretariat that will help all delegates prepare better for the conference. The training also includes online training webinars, run by the Secretariat and Directors, that will equip delegates with information and material to excel at the conference

• Impact Initiative: Opportunity to participate in HMUN India’s Impact Initiative. Detailed guidelines can be found here.

• Conference Events: Entry to all Conference Events, including Leadership Forum, Social events, Skill Tracks and Workshops. 

• Faculty Agenda: Faculty Advisor Agenda comprising of Engaging Workshops.

• Certificate: Every delegate and faculty advisor will receive a certificate of participation after the conference.

• If you are joining with an additional Faculty Advisor the fee is:

  Priority: INR 28000

  Regular: INR 30000

• The conference fee does not include lunch on 14th August or airport transfers. These may be availed at an additional cost as listed below:
  Lunch on Day 1 (14th August) - Rs. 1300 per person (inclusive of taxes)
  Airport Transfers (Kempegowda International Airport - T1/T2) - Rs. 1500 per person (inclusive of taxes)

• Schools must pay a minimum of 50% of their entire fee before considering their application confirmed and before receiving any country allocations.
