School Registration Fee (inclusive of 1 FA) : USD 350
Delegate Fee per Delegate (Double Occupancy) : USD 650

Accommodation: Includes accommodation for 3 nights - double/triple occupancy for delegates and double occupancy for Faculty Advisors.
Conference meals: 9 meals from dinner on 14th August to lunch on 17th August.
Pre-Conference Training: This includes General Preparation Guide and Committee specific Background Guides, authored by the Committee Directors and the Secretariat that will help all delegates prepare better for the conference. The training also includes online training webinars, run by the Secretariat and Directors, that will equip delegates with information and material to excel at the conference
Impact Initiative: Opportunity to participate in HMUN India’s Impact Initiative. Detailed guidelines can be found here.
Conference Events: Entry to all Conference Events, including Leadership Forum, Social events, Skill Tracks and Workshops.
Faculty Agenda: Faculty Advisor Agenda comprising of Engaging Workshops.
Certificate: Every delegate and faculty advisor will receive a certificate of participation after the conference.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are joining with an additional Faculty Advisor the Residential fee is USD 350.
The conference fee does not include lunch on 14th August or airport transfers. These may be availed at an additional cost as listed below:
Lunch on Day 1 (14th August) - USD 20 per person (inclusive of taxes)
Airport Transfers (Kempegowda International Airport - T1/T2) - USD 20 per person (inclusive of taxes)
