Divya Seth
Divya is a fourth year student at Harvard College, concentrating in Neurobiology with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. She has been involved in Model UN since high school, and has since served as a delegate, assistant director, director, and most recently, Under-Secretary-General of Administration at HMUN India 2012. Her experiences in Model UN and international relations have also influenced her passions for community service and global health. Outside of school and extracurriculars, Divya loves to read, explore, and experiment in the kitchen. This year, Divya is honored to serve as Secretary-General of HMUN India 2013, and looks forward to meeting all of you.

Julia Solomon-Strauss
Julia is a fourth-year at Harvard studying Social Studies (interdisciplinary social sciences). She is originally from the city of Chicago, where she started Model UN about seven years and more than twenty conferences ago. She was most recently Under-Secretary-General for the General Assembly of HMUN Boston 2013, and chaired the Special Political and Decolonization Committee at HMUN India 2012. She is thrilled to be returning to Harvard Model United Nations India as Director-General this year. Besides her international-education pursuits on campus, Julia loves reading fiction, exploring cities, and playing music.

Nina Chen
Nina is a third-year at Harvard studying Social Studies (politics, history, economics) with a focus field in Chinese economic development. Born in Beijing, China and raised in Toronto, Canada, Nina had never participated in a Model UN conference until her freshmen year at college. Since then, she has fallen in love with every aspect of conference, and is now heavily involved in Harvard's International Relations Council. Outside of HMUN India, Nina also serves as co-Head Delegate of Harvard's competitive Model UN team. This year will be Nina's first year on HMUN India, and she looks forward to making HMUN India an unforgettable experience for each and every delegate.When not busy with Model UN, Nina loves spending time with friends, baking (or attempting to) and travelling whenever possible. Prateek Agarwal
Prateek is a third-year at Harvard College, concentrating in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a secondary in Economics. Although he was born and currently resides in central New Jersey, Prateek has lived in Pennsylvania, North Dakota, Nevada, and Florida. He has participated in Model United Nations since his freshman year of high school and has a strong interest in both science as well as international relations. Besides MUN, Prateek also serves as the Treasurer for the South Asian Association at Harvard and loves watching Bollywood movies and eating Indian food.

Ishaan K. Desai
Ishaan is a third-year at Harvard College, concentrating in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a secondary in Economics or Global Health and Health Policy. Passionate about international relations and development, Ishaan loves to help organize and participate in Model UN conferences and has been involved in Model UN since his freshman year of high school. This year, he is tasked with the responsibility of managing HMUN India's finances and looks forward to experiencing Model UN in the unique city of Hyderabad. In his spare time, Ishaan enjoys traveling, meeting new people, learning how to beatbox, and participating in South Asian culture.
