Assistant Directors are a crucial part of the dais staff at Harvard Model United Nations India. They are responsible for aiding Committee Directors in upholding proper Parliamentary Procedure, managing committee logistics, observing debate, and answering delegate questions. Without them, the conference could not be successful.

HMUN India is unique in that the opportunity to serve as an Assistant Director is open to high school and university students from around the globe. Applications for these positions will open in March 2017 and will close in May. Applicants will go through a vetting process with members of the HMUN India team. Successful applicants will be interviewed by team members, and final selections will be released in June.
